Example
Throughout this training, designed for those taking their first steps in wildlife photography, we will cover the fundamental concepts of photographic technique, focusing on observing animals in their natural habitat. Notions of animal behavior, landscape reading, natural light and choice of equipment will be introduced, always with an ethical and conscious approach.
Much of the workshop will be dedicated to field practice, where participants will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired while exploring natural environments rich in biodiversity. We will learn how to position ourselves on the ground, how to photograph without disturbing others, and how to find beauty in the subtle details of wildlife.
This workshop is ideal for curious nature enthusiasts and beginner photographers who want to develop a solid foundation for photographing wildlife, with technique, creativity and respect for the natural world.
Workshop modules
Learn on the field
After the theoretical sessions, we will go to the field for the practical session, where participants will have the opportunity to test what they have learned. During the practice period, different techniques for finding and photographing wildlife will be explained. Show and explain all the stages of the process of preparing and executing a wildlife photography session, from choosing the location and target species, to the approach in the field, setting up the equipment and reading nature's signs. Share approach strategies, animal behavior and the best settings to capture unique moments.
This immersive, hands-on format allows you to not only learn the technique, but also understand the ethics and sensitivity required to work with wildlife. A workshop designed for those who want to start off on the right foot in this type of photography — with knowledge, attention to detail and a real connection with the natural world.
