LAW AND JURISDICTION

This website was created and operates under the terms of Portuguese law. Access to this site is subject to acceptance of these conditions and any dispute relating to it will be governed by the Portuguese legislation in force, with only the courts of the district of Lisbon being competent, with express waiver of any other. In the event that any of the conditions is considered, by virtue of a court decision, null, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect the remaining conditions, which will remain valid to the maximum extent legally permitted.

 

 

SCHEDULE

Service proposals (prices, quantities, locations, and other information) will only be valid for the dates presented in the proposal. The description of each service on our website and in the personalized proposals sent to customers is abbreviated, but as explicit as possible. However, the services provided may change slightly depending on the time of year, weather conditions or availability of materials. Possible changes will be communicated when confirming your reservation or order. The services and activities provided to customers include a detailed description of the activities, such as rules of conduct, general and specific conditions, prices, among other information.

BOOKING/PAYMENT

All services and activities on the website ofonWILD®are owned and marketed byEncostatàlua Unipessoal, Ldaand under the brandonWILD. To hire a service or sign up for any activityonWILD®you should get in touch via emailinfo@onwild.net, meaning that in this act you are purchasing the requested service and agreeing with the General and Specific Conditions of the service or activity. In this way, you undertake to pay all the services provided for which you made your reservation.

After making your reservation, you will be informed how to pay for the service you requested, depending on the type of service requested. Payment must be made by bank transfer to theIBANindicated in the proposal you will receive in response to your reservation, and it is necessary to send the respective proof to the emailinfo@onwild.pt.

 

If you want to issue a Receipt with your NIF, you must ask us when paying for the activity.

 

At the time of his reservation, the Client assumes some commitments before the onWILD®:

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS/ CHANGES/ CANCELLATION

In case of need to cancel a service or activity, for reasons beyond our control (for example: extreme weather conditions that put the safety of participants at risk), we will notify you as soon as possible and we will make every effort , so that we can provide you with an alternative date at your convenience or, in some cases, there may be a full refund of the reservation amount, if there are no commitments previously assumed with third parties.

The activitiesonWILD®scrupulously comply with safety standards, reducing the risks associated with the activities carried out by us. However, participants should be aware that due to the nature of the activities the risk cannot be reduced in its entirety.

OTHER INFORMATION

All content on the website of onWILD® (texts, photographs and information) is protected by copyright and cannot be used without prior authorization from onWILD. The images collected during the activities carried out by onWILD® may be used for the purpose of disclosing its services on our website and FB pages. If you do not agree with this policy, you must inform the company by email (info@onwild.net)who does not authorize the use of their photos in the promotion of our events, in the website gallery and FB pages.

 

 

ACTION PROTOCOL FOR COVID-19

THE onWILD®, in the current context of the global pandemic, the safety and protection of all our customers is a priority for us.

The following procedures are:

• If you experience any symptoms that may be suspected of being infected with COVID-19, you should not attend activities and should immediately contact the SNS – line 808 24 24 24;
• Each participant must have an individual protection kit with them, consisting of a mask and alcohol gel for any eventuality or closer situation that may occur;
• All types of individual equipment must not be shared between participants.
• Any and all behaviors that are considered risky by the General Directorate of Health must be avoided;
• Failure to comply with the indicated procedures may lead to exclusion from the activity.

PAYMENT POLICY

To secure your reservation, you must make a deposit of 20% of the total cost. This information will be sent by email when you register. Payment of the remaining 80% must be made up to two weeks (14 days) before the start of the chosen activity. The invoice for the activity will be sent approximately one week before the payment date. Failure to pay by the payment date authorizes us to consider your reservation as cancelled. We accept payments by bank transfer, paypal, mbway, or cash on the day of the tour (when agreed in advance).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your booking may be canceled at any time after confirmation, provided that written notice is provided on behalf of the "main participant" (if possible). Cancellation becomes effective on the day we receive your notice. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the tour, your 20% deposit made to secure your registration may be applied to one of our future activities. If cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before the date of the activity, your deposit will not be refunded. The remaining amount, if already paid, may be used in one of our future activities or returned. If cancellation occurs between 14 days and 7 days before the activity, 60% of the total invoice cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining 40% can be used in one of our future activities or refunded. We will not issue refunds if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the tour.

​TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend choosing travel insurance that has adequate coverage at the time of booking. Make sure the insurance you choose covers expensive items, such as all optical or photographic equipment, and your valuable belongings (such as computers), as most travel insurance policies do not provide sufficient coverage for high-value materials. Check with your insurance company to confirm coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays or other unforeseen events. Please note that ONWILD does not assume responsibility for loss, damage, delay or incorrect diversion of your luggage and personal belongings. Although ONWILD has civil liability and accident insurance, it does not cover all medical expenses, and we cannot be held responsible for death, illness, physical injury, medical expenses or repatriation costs during our activities, including those resulting from delays or flight cancellations that may require additional hotel accommodations.
